I can’t believe we’re discussing this, but the Black Congressman from Birmingham, Artur Davis, is running for Governor.  He’s a Harvard graduate, a lawyer, and a former prosecutor.  But he’s not the harmless happy-go-lucky Black you’ve seen on the Cosby Show.

You see, Artur did his internship for the anti-White and anti-Christian Southern Poverty Law Center in his native Montgomery.  Artur defended the Jena 6, a group of “civil rights” icons who beat an innocent White kid half to death in the small Louisiana town.  Artur is Hussein Obama’s biggest supporter from the South, and got on board with his Marxist campaign at the launch.  Artur is a supporter of illegal alien amnesty, an opponent of border security, and thinks we should all learn Spanish.  Artur is a supporter of affirmative action, homosexxxual rights, and abortion on demand.  And Artur is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, and has gone along with every one of their schemes to undermine White America.

Artur, let me ask you this?  Do you want to destroy White America like your comrades at the SPLC and in the Congressional Black Caucus?  Is freedom of speech safe, even if you see it as “hate” speech? Is there something wrong with Alabama, that we need all these new foreigners from Mexico and elsewhere?  Are White children going to be safe from their thuggish Black classmates if you’re Governor?  Will you force integration on all-White private academies?  Will the anti-White discrimination via affirmative action get worse under your administration, if it possibly can?  Will homosexuals get their quasi-marriages, or civil unions, under your administration?  How many more unborn babies will die while you’re Governor?  Can we expect you to tear down the Confederate monument, and the paintings of segregationist and slave-holding Governors at the Capital?   And can we expect a Marxist-Leninist-Obama type of economic system under your administration?

Illegal Alien Rapes 9-Year-Old In Southeast Alabama

A Dale County man who pleaded guilty to raping a 9-year-old girl was sentenced to a full 18 years in prison, according to authorities. Marcos Velasquez-Morales, 31, of Level Plains, was charged July 30 with first-degree rape after authorities said he lived with the victim’s mother.

According to a press release from the Dale County Sheriff’s Office, Morales was an illegal alien from Mexico. He had been deported once from the U.S. in 2003, according to Immigration and Customs officials.

I read your rhetoric. You guys should be ashamed to be human. White oppression, thank God, is coming to an end. The ‘real-truth’ has already be exposed. Your inferior genes makes you fearful and its okay. But nobody wants to harm you scared white man…despite your terror and Nationalist Socialist bullshit, which has historically caused the death of countless people of color worldwide. What I’d like you to do, is come out from the darkness. BE A MAN! Don’t hide behind the white laundry garments…and your websites, Come out and reveal yourselves to these so-called black-thugs. I’m sure they’d give you exactly what you’ve been asking for…ATTENTION. But you probably won’t like the attention that these folks would give you. Shooting in Conecuh County over Alabama-LSU game last Saturday

EVERGREEN, Ala. —  A man and woman were shot dead after an argument that witnesses said started over an Alabama-LSU football game, but sheriff’s investigators said Monday they continued to investigate the motive.

The Conecuh County sheriff’s office identified the victims as Dennis James Smith, 41, and Donna Kaye Hall Smith, 39, of Brewton. The two were shot to death about 7 p.m. Saturday in the rural community of Owassa in southern Alabama.

Michael W. Williams, 28, was arrested and charged with two counts of murder over the shooting at his home, where he had watched the game. He was being held Monday without bond. A sheriff’s investigator handling the case did not know if he had an attorney.

An investigator said Monday that people watching the game at Williams’ home said the dispute was over the game, which Alabama won 27-21 in overtime Saturday, but an investigation into the motive was not complete. The investigator also said alcohol may have been a factor.

According to witness accounts to investigators, Dennis Smith, an LSU fan, called Williams, an Alabama fan, after the game, and the Smiths then went to Williams’ home, where a physical altercation led to the shooting.

Investigators said Dennis Smith had a pistol and Williams had a shotgun and fired.

Authorities said Donna Smith was a relative of Williams’ girlfriend.

Relatives of both the victims and the suspect either declined comment or did not immediately return phone messages Monday from The Associated Press.

Obama-Nation: Whose America? And what now?

When I was in the airport yesterday, the first thing I saw after finding out that Barack Hussein Obama was elected President was a Black man holding hands with a trashy White woman.  The first thing that came to my mind was, “after my ancestors came here on the Mayflower, served in every war our country has fought, and founded this great country on White ideals; these race-mixers have taken it over with one fowl swoop.”

That’s right.  It doesn’t matter that Hussein Obama’s mother was a trashy White gutter-tramp, his heritage has nothing to do with ours’.  I love this country.  I love my people.  And if you think Hussein Obama has any regard for the well-being of my people, our history or our heritage, just read his Black manifesto “Dreams From My (Deadbeat) Father” or ask his raving, Black nationalist lunatic wife Michelle or Pastor Jeremiah Wright.

I’m proud that Alabama voted overwhelmingly for John McCain, and more importantly for Sarah Palin.  I’m proud that the Deep South voted as a block.  Many believe that our region is backward, but that’s because they don’t have enough sense to pour pee out of a boot with somebody reading them instructions. 

When George Wallace stood in the schoolhouse door to resist federally coerced social change, the media didn’t realize millions stood with him.  When Wallace ran for President in 1968, he won five states and 10 million votes nationally as a third party candidate with little resources.  And by the time of his tragic shooting as a Democratic candidate for President in 1972, he was the front-runner for the White House.  Wallace turned out thousands at rallies in places that were supposedly for “civil rights.”  You see, he seized on the events of the day and woke people up to the problem.

Apparently Trooper Fowler is having shoulder surgery, and the judge has put everything on hold: the trial, the motion to change the trial venue, everything.  The only downside is that District Attorney Michael Jackson is going to have to wait a little longer before his witch-hunt fails, and Hollywood tells him that Denzel Washington or Will Smith won’t be portraying him as their latest on-screen hero who finally closed the case that led to the (hoax) Selma to Montgomery march.

MARION — A jury pool four times the normal size will be called for the trial of a former state trooper charged with murder in the 1965 shooting of a black man at a civil rights protest, a judge said Friday. The size is meant to improve the chances of finding impartial panelists.

Circuit Judge Tommy Jones told attorneys during a court hearing Friday that he will call 600 potential jurors for the trial next month of James Bonard Fowler. Circuit Clerk Mary Moore said the normal number is 150.

Defense attorneys for Fowler argue he can’t get a fair trial in Perry County, where the majority of residents are black and monuments honor the shooting victim, Jimmie Lee Jackson, as a martyr of the civil rights movement.

Questioning of the potential jurors will begin Oct. 20 and then the judge will rule on the defense’s request to move the trial out of west Alabama. If the trial stays in Marion, the judge expects it to begin immediately after jury selection and wrap up the week of Oct. 27.

Fowler, who is white, is accused of shooting the 26-year-old Jackson during a demonstration that turned chaotic in Marion on the night of Feb. 18, 1965. Jackson died later at a Selma hospital.

His death prompted civil rights activists to set out on a Selma-to-Montgomery march, which was turned back at Selma by club-wielding state troopers and deputies in what became known as “Bloody Sunday.” A later march, led by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., made it all the way to the Alabama Capitol and led Congress to pass the 1965 Voting Rights Act. That law opened Southern voting rolls to blacks across the South and ended all-white government.

Fowler, 75, of the Black community in Geneva County in southeast Alabama, has pleaded not guilty. He always has maintained the shooting was in self-defense and that Jackson attacked him with a bottle. But town memorials — including one sponsored by the federal government — say Jackson was shot while trying to protect family members from club-swinging troopers.

District Attorney Michael Jackson, who’s not related to the victim, said Fowler can get a fair trial in the county because many of the potential jurors weren’t alive in 1965 and emotions about the case don’t run high.

“The jurors in Perry County are fair-minded people who will listen to the evidence and make a fair judgment. This is where the killing happened, and we think the citizens deserve to have the trial here,” the district attorney said.

During the hearing, the judge told the district attorney that Fowler’s attorneys must receive a list of the anticipated prosecution witnesses and a summary of their expected testimony. The prosecutor objected and said he would appeal to the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.

That could delay a trial, but the district attorney said he hopes it won’t.

Jackson, the county’s first black district attorney, reopened an investigation of the 1965 shooting shortly after taking office in 2005 and got a grand jury to return a murder indictment against the former trooper in 2007. The district attorney said Friday he has located witnesses who never appeared before a county grand jury that reviewed the case in 1965 and decided not to bring charges.

During the hearing Friday, Jackson acknowledged that he has none of the usual exhibits for a murder trial — the bloody clothes of the victim, the gun and the bullet. But he said that makes proving the case harder for the prosecution, not the defense.

The district attorney wants to bring up at trial that Fowler was involved in the fatal shooting of another black man during a confrontation in 1966 and claimed self-defense in that case. The prosecutor said it shows Fowler’s hostile nature. But Fowler’s attorney, George Beck, argued that it would unfairly prejudice the jury and has no relation to the 1965 case.

The judge did not immediately rule.
